These terms apply to this website — guavamarketing.pages.dev and the Local MRKT pages on it. They're deliberately short. If you're working with us on a project, your signed agreement is what governs that work, not this page.
Using this site
You're welcome to browse, read, share links and quote us with credit. What you shouldn't do is try to break the site, scrape it wholesale, misrepresent yourself as us, or use it to send anyone anything they didn't ask for.
What's on the site, and who owns it
The writing, design, branding, photography and the Guava and Local MRKT names belong to Guava Marketing Group or to the people we worked with, and are protected by copyright and trade-mark law. Partner, sponsor and client logos belong to those organisations and appear here to show who we've worked with, not to imply they endorse anything else.
The market photographs show real vendors, performers and visitors at public community events. If you appear in one and would rather not, email us and we'll take it down — you don't need to give a reason.
Event and market information
Dates, locations, vendor line-ups and opening hours change — weather, permits and venues all have a say. We update these pages as things firm up, but we can't promise every detail is current at the moment you read it.

Vendor applications
Applying to a Local MRKT market doesn't guarantee a spot. We curate each market for balance — we try not to put six candle makers side by side — and space is limited. Submitting an application creates no contract between us. If you're accepted, the terms of your spot come in the confirmation we send you.
Links to other sites
We link out to vendor forms, partner organisations, maps and social accounts. Those sites are run by other people under their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for what's on them or what they do with your information.
No warranty
This site is provided as it is. We put real care into keeping it accurate and available, but we don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose you have in mind.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Guava Marketing Group isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website — for example a wasted trip because a listing was out of date. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law, and nothing here affects the consumer rights you have under Ontario law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute goes to the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
